Robert McMahan Photography will custom print your Corporate Christmas Cards with your custom greeting, company logo or any other unique artwork inside our Personalized Photo Christmas Holiday Cards using a file supplied by you or one created by our own designers for you.
The cost for custom printed greetings is $.10 per card. High volume card pricing and additional custom services are listed in the table below:

**Includes return and destination address printing, stuffing the envelopes and $.44 1st Class Postage. Mailing addresses supplied by you via Excel.
***We will send a proof for all custom imprint orders. This is a finished card
that must be approved by you before we process your full order. Delays in
approving your proof will alter our in house processing time.
Custom Greeting Card Instructions
To ensure that your custom greeting is the best possible quality, we ask that files be supplied as follows:
Grayscale (Black and White; please inquire about pricing and availability of color printing)
5x7 inch canvas size
300 dpi
white background
minimum 1/2 inch border within the 5x7 inch canvas
File format: tiff, pdf or psd
Email your file to info mcmahanphoto.com. Please include your order number, name, phone number and email address. We will confirm receipt and prepare a proof within 1 business day for your approval. If you have questions before ordering, please don't hesitate to call us at 800-633-5888. If you are in New York City, we can also courier samples to you the same day.
NOTE: If you are converting a color logo to B&W, please note that pale shades of gray may not print well. Please test this out on your own printer to confirm that the results are satisfactory. We will of course show you a physical proof prior to printing your full run of cards.
Address Fulfillment Instructions
This service is designed to take the hassle out of sending all those Christmas holiday cards to your clients. You supply us with the custom art for your greeting imprint (can even be with your own hand writing or staff signatures) and a Microsoft Excel file of the names and shipping addresses, and you're set. We will custom print your Christmas cards, mount the photos, print your return address and the destination address on the envelope, stuff and seal the envelopes, and mail them with a real 41 cent stamp (all instructions assume USA addresses only. Please contact us for international addresses).
